When you create an invoice you choose who carries the fees: you absorb them, your client covers the processor fee, or your client covers both. The invoice page always shows the exact amount your client will pay.
Worked example
A $1,000 invoice where you absorb the fees.

Choose “client covers both fees” instead and your client pays $1,100.00 while your net stays at $1,000.00.
You absorb the fees
Client pays the invoice total. 10% is deducted before payout, so a $1,000 invoice nets $900.
Client covers the processor fee
Client pays the total plus 5%. You carry only the platform fee, netting $950 on a $1,000 invoice.
Client covers both fees
Client pays the total plus 10%. Your net stays at the full $1,000.
Good to know: the minimum invoice is $30. Each invoice adds a unique cents tag between 0.01 and 0.70 so payments reconcile automatically, and payouts to verified accounts land in under 1 hr to 3 hrs maximum on business days.
