Trust & compliance
Money movement, handled properly.
247 is not a bank. We are the invoicing and reconciliation layer on top of licensed payment partners — and we are explicit about who does what.
Licensed payment partners
Card acceptance and settlement run through regulated third-party processors. Card details are entered on the processor's own checkout — 247 never receives or stores them.
Verified merchants only
Identity and business verification is completed before a payout is released. Verification status is visible in your settings at all times.
No self-declared payments
When a client taps 'I have already made this payment', the invoice moves to Under review. Only a processor confirmation or our review team can mark it paid.
Exact-amount reconciliation
Each invoice carries a unique cents tag between 0.01 and 0.70 so an incoming payment maps to exactly one invoice. Once paid, that amount is released for reuse.
Immutable audit trail
Every status change, verification, hold and payout is written with actor, role, timestamp and reason. Merchants see their own history; staff actions are logged separately.
Holds and reviews
Unusual activity can place an invoice on hold with a stated reason. Holds are worked by a human, not an automated blacklist.
